Capstone Selected as Joint Force Development Support Services (JFDSS) Awardee
May 1, 2014 | Capstone Corporation was one of seven companies presented an award of the Joint Force Development Services (JFDSS) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The total estimated value for the seven contracts combined is $877 million. This contract allows Capstone to compete for task orders requiring training, education and exercise solutions and services in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commanders, the military Services, U.S. Government federal agencies, and multinational partners. The objective of this contract is to provide the requisite operational support necessary to advance the warfighter's ability to adapt to and overcome an ever-evolving threat environment. The contract vehicle provides customers ready access to varying combinations of education (academics), training, assessment, experimentation (solutions to warfighter challenges) and training and education technical infrastructure solutions required to prepare and ensure the readiness of forces to support national security requirements.
