Capstone Supports Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO)

Apr 2, 2014 | Capstone on Winning Team to Support the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization’s (JIEDDO) Joint Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices Integration Training Program (JCITP). The GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) awarded a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the CACI Team to provide training support services to the Joint Agencies, Services and Combatant Commanders within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This contract, valued at over $400 million, requires the development of new curriculum and techniques; experimentation and testing of new equipment and concepts; facilitation of individual, collective and strategic training; and validation and transfer of IED lessons learned into doctrine to proactively defeat international threats.

Capstone, as a member of the CACI Team, will provide classroom instruction and field training and support simulations and customized exercises.
