Capstone to Provide Financial Management Support

Sep 23, 2014 | Capstone Wins Task to Provide Budget, Accounting Analysis, Financial Management, and Program Analysis Support to Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).

CNIC awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corporation to provide professional consulting services supporting the Comptroller (N8) in the areas of budget support, management internal control (MIC), work force development, and accounting process development and documentation for financial management functions.

Capstone CEO Rich White states, “This award allows Capstone to participate in the transformation of Navy Installation Command financial operations. We want to continue to be a strong partner with our CNIC customer, and this new work in a new sector within CNIC reflects the confidence CNIC places in Capstone performance.”

The award was made under the Program Management Oversight Services multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which provides program management, engineering, and logistics services. Capstone is one of six prime contractors supporting this Navy contract.
