Capstone Provides HR Expertise to CNIC

Sep 29, 2014 | Capstone Wins Task Order to Provide Human Resources Expertise Across Multiple Disciplines in Support of Commander, Navy Installations Command Director for Manpower.

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) awarded a task order to Capstone Corporation to provide human resources professional services within the Directorate for Manpower. Capstone provides subject matter experts to manage civilian personnel management functions to include employee/labor relations, position classification, personnel recruitment, equal employment opportunity program, performance management, workers compensation, and personnel actions. This work will be performed at the CNIC Headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard and at multiple Regional Command locations around CONUS.

“This award builds on our solid reputation in the CNIC enterprise. We are excited to be able to assist CNIC develop, shape and manage its federal civilian work force” said Dan Fox, Capstone’s Director of Operations.

The award was made under the Program Management Oversight Services multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which provides program management, engineering, and logistics services. Capstone is one of six prime contractors supporting this Navy contract.
