Capstone Continues JFDSS Chairman Exercise Program

October 20, 2015 Capstone Wins Follow-On Task Order Award to Support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Exercise Program

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Office awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corporation to support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Exercise Program. Capstone’s support requirements include implementing the Chairman’s Exercise Program, supporting the Chairman and the Director of Joint Force Development (J7) training and exercise requirements, supporting the development and planning of interagency and multinational participation in U.S. Military joint and interagency exercises, and coordinating Joint Staff/Department of Defense involvement in national exercise forums.

“We are privileged and honored to be selected to continue our support to the Joint Staff,” states Richard White, Chief Executive Officer for Capstone Corporation. “This new long term contract will allow us to build on the foundation we established and enhance Joint Staff coordination for exercise planning, policy development, Joint Staff readiness, and inter-organizational outreach with inter-agency, non-governmental agencies and multi-national partners.”

The award was made under the Joint Force Development Support Services (JFDSS) contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides training and concept development services to OSD P&R, Joint Staff, Combatant Commanders, and Services.
