Capstone Continues Planning and Watch Stander Support

September 15, 2016 Capstone Wins Task Order Award to Continue to Provide Consulting and Situational Awareness Support to the Commander, Navy Installations Command Emergency Management Division

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corporation to provide consulting and 24/7/365 situational awareness support to the CNIC Emergency Management Division. Capstone will conduct 24/7/365 situational awareness monitoring associated with the operations of the Shore Enterprise Operations Center, exercise and assessment project support, policy and procedure development, group facilitation, and Command, Control, Communications,  Computer and Intelligence Suite tool support. 

John McNally, Senior Vice President, Growth commented “We have been supporting this task since 2007, and this task allows the Capstone Team to continue to develop the processes and tools used to manage the emergency management capabilities and needs of the Navy Ashore enterprise. This award reflects the confidence the Commander, Navy Installations has in our ability to support their emergency management requirements.”

The award was made under the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Program Management Oversight Services (PMOS) contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides Omnibus services and solutions across the CNIC enterprise.
