Capstone Acquires Business that Includes CIO-SP3 Contract

December 20, 2016 Capstone Acquires Business that includes a Chief Information Officers – Solutions and Partners 3 Contract (CIO-SP3).  Capstone Corporation is proud to announce that, through a business acquisition, NITAAC has successfully novated a CIO-SP3 contract to Capstone, effective December 20, 2016. This contract is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a ceiling of $20 Billion, and purchasing power through 2022. This indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract offers information technology support for Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Federal Health Architecture and the Defense Department Enterprise Architecture. The contract also provides services, including data center consolidation, cloud computing, health information technology, mobility and cyber security.  Capstone’s contract includes all 10 task areas.

Bill Moore, Capstone’s Founder and Chairman, states, “This contract is aligned with Capstone’s strategy to compete in the information technology, cyber security and health services markets across the entire Federal Government and to gain entry into new markets.” Wendy Martin, Capstone’s Vice President for Cyber Security and Information Technology adds, “CIO-SP3 is a cornerstone contract for Capstone, and will provide opportunities and access to customers previously unavailable.”
