Capstone to Develop JRICO Tool for AMRDEC
September 27, 2017 Capstone Awarded AMCOM EXPRESS Task Order Award to Develop the Joint Response Integrated and Collaborative Decision Support Tool (JRICO).
The United States Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) awarded a task order to Capstone to develop a Joint Response Integrated and Collaborative Decision Support Tool (JRICO). This tool will provide the Warfighter with multi-domain collaborative capabilities that enable rapid analysis, information sharing to support decision making and collaboration to improve a planner’s ability to visualize and correlate large amounts of data at different classification levels simultaneously. This is critical to reducing the time between asset identification, coordination, allocation, and transportation scheduling.
“We are excited with the chance to support the development of a leading edge capability that will contribute to the Joint Planning and Execution System Phase II efforts,” states Capstone Senior Vice President John McNally. “We have been supporting the Joint Staff Vice Director for Regional Operations and Global Force Management since 2004, and can bring our expertise managing the processes to bear in developing new applications to support warfighter planning and Global Force Management requirements.”
The award was made under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract awarded to SAIC by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional Engineering Services and Support (EXPRESS) Contract.
