Capstone to Continue CNIC EMD Watchstander Support

May 25, 2018 Capstone Wins Task Order Award to Continue Support for the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Emergency Management Division.

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Officer awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corporation to continue providing planning and battle watch support for the Emergency Management Division. Capstone will provide Watchstanders to conduct 24/7/365 situational awareness in the Shore Enterprise Operations Center; facilitate and support various working groups and policy boards; develop emergency management policy and procedures; provide functional support in the daily management of the Commands’ Command, Control, Communications, and Computers suite of tools that support emergency management; and support the Navy Emergency Management Liaison Program and the Navy Dispatch Center Program. “We are proud of our team supporting the CNIC Emergency Watch Division, “ states John McNally, Senior Vice President, Growth. “This team has been supporting CNIC continuously since 2007, and winning this new task reflects the confidence CNIC has in our employees to support the emergency response capabilities of the Navy Shore Enterprise.

The award was made under the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Program Management Oversight Services (PMOS) contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides Omnibus services and solutions across the CNIC enterprise.
