September 7, 2018 Capstone Wins Prime Contract to Support the Navy’s MPTE Manpower, Personnel Training and Education Enterprise

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office awarded Capstone Corporation a prime contract to provide the Navy’s Chief Information Officer for the Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Enterprise with technical support services including IT enterprise architecture, portfolio management, governance operations, and information management/information technology requirements management. This multiple award contract allows Capstone to compete against four other awardees for task orders to support the Navy N1 and the Bureau for Personnel in multiple Continental United States locations.

“This is a significant new contract award.” Capstone Senior Vice President John McNally comments. “We were one of five out of fifteen companies who submitted bids selected to transform and enhance the Navy personnel system by eliminating redundancies and streamlining its information systems.
