Capstone awarded first task to support Navy Personnel Command CIO

6 November 2018 Capstone Awarded New Contract to Support Navy Personnel Command Chief Information Officer

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office awarded a new contract to Capstone Corporation to provide information technology services in support of the Chief Information Officer for the Navy Personnel Command. Specifically, Capstone will provide life cycle support for the Command’s Microsoft Office SharePoint applications and provide technical support of ongoing transformation initiatives for the Bureau of Personnel business functions and capabilities.    

“We are excited to win the first task order awarded under this new contract,” states John McNally, Senior Vice President, Growth. “This contract is in support of a new customer, and provides Capstone the opportunity to take lessons learned from previous CIO support contracts and assist the Navy Personnel Command with its transformational efforts.”

The award was made under the Technical Support Services for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Enterprise contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides information technology services and solutions for the Navy’s Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Enterprise.
