May 9, 2019 Capstone Wins Task Order Award to Support the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC) in Europe
Army Contracting Command-Orlando awarded a competitive prime contract to Capstone Corporation to support the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC) Hub and Spoke Mission Training Complexes located in Grafenwohr, GE; Kaiserslautern, GE; Vicenza, IT; and the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, GE. Specifically, Capstone will provide engineering, operating, protecting, and maintaining, and defending the Live,Virtual, Constructive and Gaming simulation systems, integration of mission command systems and associated network enclaves that support U.S. Army Title X training, deployment Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRE) and training events, and supporting Joint, Combined, NATO, and service component commander, staff and leader constructive simulation training.
Capstone Senior Vice President John McNally comments, “We are honored to be selected to serve as the prime contractor to support the JMSC execute its United States and Multinational partner exercise and training programs. The information technology and integration support we will provide on this contract reflects the confidence United States Army Europe has in our ability to train its soldiers and support its theater engagement responsibilities by training multinational partners.”
The award was made under the Army Contracting Command-Orlando’s Mission Training Complex Capability Support Multiple Award Contract.
