Capstone Awarded CIO-SP3 JRICO Development Task
September 25, 2019 Capstone Awarded CIO-SP3 Task to Continue JRICO Development Capstone Corporation was awarded a Sole Source Task Order to continue its engineering and development of the Joint Response Integrated and Collaborative Decision Support Tool (JRICO) in support of the Joint Staff J35. JRICO will employ artificial intelligence (AI) through autonomous machine learning of data labeling and big data analytics to ingest and exploit disparate DoD force management data and unstructured non-DoD data (ie. Reserve, Guard, civil, weather, seismic, medical, state, local, and intelligence) to demonstrate a secure, multi-domain, decision-support, cloud capability to support modern force management and force planning. This task order (TO) will require Capstone to effect the final Operational Demonstration /Operational Utility Assessment (OUA) and transition of the JRICO Emerging Capabilities Technology Development effort.
Capstone Senior Vice President, Growth John McNally comments, “We are in the final stages of our development effort to deliver a sophisticated planning model for the Department of Defense. This task order was won under Capstone’s Chief Information Officers-Solutions and Partners contract vehicle.
