B. Daniel Fox is Chief Operating Officer for Capstone Corporation, based in Alexandria, Virginia. Incorporated in 1986, Capstone provides integrated technical solutions and services to U.S. Government agencies in training and exercises; strategy, plans and operations; and information technology. The work is performed in over 20 states and multiple overseas locations.
Mr. Fox began his career as a research analyst at the National Research Council of the US National Academies, where he performed analyses related to technology policy. He subsequently joined Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he led analytical studies on a range of issues for all four military Services, the Joint Staff, the Joint Irregular Warfare Center, US Joint Forces Command, US European Command, the US Coast Guard, and other agencies. Mr. Fox also served as a Research Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, where he conducted analyses for the Joint Urban Operations Office on issues related to military operations in urban environments. Immediately prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Fox was a contract Program Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Relationship Management program.

Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College, a Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
